SOIL: light and crumbly; best grown facing south south east
VINE-TRAINING: classic row of vines with Guyot pruning; we choice the rootstocks according to the type of land, with most clones to obtain a wider bouquet
ALTITUDE: 450-500 m
COLOUR: straw yellow, bright and crystalline
NOSE: intense fragrance with smell of sage and jasmine
TASTE: delicate and nicely lingering flavour with freshness and rich in persistence
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-8° C
MATCHING TIPS: ideal wine for parties and special occasions. You can try also with cake with hazelnut, tart and fruit salad.
