ALTITUDE: 450 m asl;
VINIFICATION: manual harvest in baskets, crushing, destemming and maceration in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows and ageing in large wooden barrels. Subsequently bottling and ageing in the bottle few months
COLOR: bright garnet red with orange reflections
BOUQUET: intense bouquet with hints of red fruits, tobacco, licorice, vanilla and spices
TASTE: sapid, harmonious and balanced, with good acidity and very young tannins. Good structure and excellent persistence
SERVING TEMPERATURE: it is recommended to serve it in large glasses at 18-20 ° C
MATCHING TIPS: excellent with red meat dishes, such as braised meats, game or with mature and blue cheeses
