 GRAPE-VARIETY: pinot noir and chardonnay

SOIL: medium-textured, slightly calcareous, of good fertility, it prefers full sun exposure, south, south-east

VINE-TRAINING: classic row with Guyot pruning; choice of rootstocks based on the type of soil, with more clones to obtain a wider bouquet

ALTITUDE: 450-500 m

VINIFICATION: fermentation in steel and second fermentation according to the Classic Method Subsequently refinement in the bottle for at least 30 months on its own yeasts

COLOR: pale straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage

BOUQUET: slight hints of bread crust with vegetal notes

TASTE: fine, delicate and intense, with a well-balanced acidity and an important structure given by the high percentage of pinot noir
